Our Sister Station KIXS 108 Has a New Texas Radio Hall of Famer

Want to send a big congratulations to Bob Pickett from our sister station KIXS 108. Over the weekend Bob was inducted into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.

Victoria residents have enjoyed listening to Bob for a few years now. Bob was the midday host in KIXS until recently. Now he can be heard in the afternoons from 3-7pm.

Only the best of the best of Texas radio make it into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame and Bob certainly fits that bill. He got his start in radio in his hometown of Sweetwater, TX where his friend's dad owned a radio station.

And the rest, as they say, is history. History worthy of induction into the Texas Radio Hall of Fame.
