Old Man Shows Up Young Guys at Muscle Beach

OK the title can be a little misleading but the premise is still true.  Not sure what the guy's name is but he is a professional cross fit athlete.  He goes in for hours of makeup transforming him into an 84 year old man.

The guy gingerly takes a stroll along the beach in Southern California before stopping at the world famous Muscle Beach.  What happens next is nothing short of awesome.

He seems to shock the crowd with his impressive display of strength.  Not sure shocked is the word for it.  Remember, they think he's 84 years old.
