I just read a story about a maid service in Lubbock that does things a little differently than other services...cleaning in their birthday suits. Wait, what? Lubbock city officials are keeping a close eye on the Fantasy Maid Service, in efforts to make sure there isn't any hanky panky going on, which could cost the new company a $2,000 fine. The fine would be for operating a sexually oriented business without a permit, which owner Melissa Borrett says she isn't.

I run a maid service," the 26-year-old entrepreneur said. "We really just clean houses. These girls are not performers. They're maids.

Customers pay $100 an hour for one maid, and $150 for 2, with no touching allowed. Borrett said that so far business has been good,  and she's busy interviewing to hire more maids. She currently has three on staff. She offers a regular discount to government employees and law enforcement, and an ad posted Friday on the online bartering site Craigslist offered 20 percent discounts for Easter weekend.
