Looks like Nine Inch Nails will be at "home with the armadillo" this weekend as the band will make a rare concert TV performance on the long-running PBS series, 'Austin City Limits.' In advance of the airing, the band has unveiled a teaser via Rolling Stone in the form of their performance of 'Sanctified' for the show.

As with many of Nine Inch Nails performances, the band is dimly lit -- this case awash in blue lighting, as they work through a funky version of 'Sanctified.' The song also gets a soulful update courtesy of backing vocalists Lisa Fischer and Sharlotte Gibson.

The performance was actually filmed last November for the series' 40th anniversary. Reznor and company played a 10-song set for the show, blending newer tracks like 'Copy of A' and 'Came Back Haunted' from the current 'Hesitation Marks' album with older cuts like 'In This Twilight' and the set closing 'Hurt.'

Frontman Trent Reznor stated, "We've waited a long time to do anything like this," while 'Austin City Limit's executive producer Terry Lickona added, "We never thought we'd see the day when Nine Inch Nails would set foot on the ACL stage. I mean, they never did television for 25 years! I came away from this show having the greatest respect for Trent Reznor. He's one of the most focused, intense and creative artists I've ever worked with."

The Nine Inch Nails 'Austin City Limits' episode airs this Saturday (April 5). Check local listings at this location to find out when and where it's airing.
