Nikki Sixx took to his Twitter account overnight to blast ‘Duck Dynasty’’s Phil Robertson for the racist and homophobic quotes he made recently.

The Motley Crue bassist sent out five successive tweets -- since removed -- addressing Robertson's recent comments, in which the 'Duck Dynasty' star shared his thoughts on sinful behavior with a reporter. “Start with homosexual behavior and just morph out from there," Robertson said. “Bestiality, sleeping around with this woman and that woman and that woman and those men.”

Robertson also claimed that he never saw any “mistreatment of any black person” while growing up in Louisiana. “Pre-entitlement, pre-welfare, you say: Were they happy?" he said. "They were godly, they were happy, no one was singing the blues.”

Sixx addressed the most controversial parts of Robertson's quotes in his tweets, starting with, "Now that the head Duck on Duck Dynasty has revealed his inner a--hole I have to return all these DD chia pets I was giving for Xmas gifts," and concluding with, "Freedom of H8 speech? # Come on guys.#NOH8."

In between, Sixx touched on Robertson's comments regarding homosexuality and race. "Phil Robertson calling homosexuality sinful and putting gay people in same category as terrorists," Sixx figuratively shook his head at one point.

A&E, the cable network that airs 'Duck Dynasty,' suspended Robertson following his comments. There's currently a petition going around online to end the suspension.
