Never Put a Disgruntled Employee in Charge of Your Town’s Christmas Lights [NSFW Video]

Here's the alleged scenario: the town of Brighton (in the U.K., perhaps?) has a disgruntled employee. Unfortunately for town officials, he also happens to be in charge of putting up the annual Christmas lights. He also happens to be very good at what he does.
