Another Dallas Cowboys defender finds himself in legal trouble this week, after an incident in Frisco that got him arrested on aggravated assault charges.

Linebacker Damien Wilson was busted Tuesday on 2 counts after being accused of backing his truck into a woman, and and threatening a man with a rifle. The incident was reportedly over an argument with some people who were having a tailgate party at the city's 4th of July celebration. It happened outside of Toyota Stadium in Frisco, as fanse were celebrating the FC Dallas Major League Soccer game that night.

Wilson posted $20,000 bond and was released from jail, and the case remains under investigation.
