More Jobs for Texas and the Crossroads

I was just reading about another dip in the Texas unemployment rate and now, we are happy to report that good news has spread to Victoria and the Crossroads.

According to the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, Texas added around 63,000 jobs in May and June of this year, and here in the Crossroads, Workforce Solutions reports 5.851 job openings in July, a slight increase over the same time last year.

Officials say that as the job market in the Crossroads remains stable, the unemployment rate is also improving, down to 4.1% for July, an improvement over June's 4.8% rate.
