It's only happened 11 times in team history dating back to 1965 but on Friday night, right handed pitcher Mike Fiers became part of an elite club that include the likes of Nolan Ryan and the late Daryl Kile....the no hit club.

Fiers was on fire (pun intended) and there was no stopping him. Fiers struck out Justin Turner on his 134th pitch to end it and threw his glove high into the air for his first career complete game and the fifth no-hitter in the big leagues this season. Seattle's Hisashi Iwakuma tossed a no-no on Aug 12.

"It was like a dream," Fiers said. "You throw the last pitch. You feel the emotion of everything you've been through in your life."

Fiers said his exhaustion didn't hit him until he threw his last pitch.

"After I got that last out everything kind of hit me," he said. "Once you're in that moment you don't feel anything really. You're going off adrenaline at that point."

The Astros would go on to sweep the first place Dodgers on extra innings drama by catcher Jason Castro on Sunday.

Considering the Dodgers have the highest payroll in the majors with $307 million and the Astros (also in first place in their division) only have a payroll of $79 million just makes it all the more sweeter. Congrats Mike.
