Metallica's Record Store Day 2016 release, recorded live at the Bataclan, will benefit the Give for France charity in honor of the victims of the November 2015 terror attacks in Paris.

Liberté, Egalité, Fraternité, Metallica!: Live at Le Bataclan was recorded on June 11, 2003, at the venue and includes nine tracks -- "Fade to Black," "Ride the Lighting," "Seek and Destroy" and "Damage, Inc.," among them. A complete track listing can be found below.

Metallica have also been announced as official ambassadors for April's Record Store Day 2016, which aims to highlight the relationship between independent music shops in the U.S. and France, where the event is known as "Disquaire Day."

The group has a long history with Record Store Day, dating back to the kick-off appearance for the very first one at Rasputin Records in Mountain View, Calif., in 2008. No Life Til Leather, the band's original demo tape, was released last year for Record Store Day and became 2015's biggest seller. Bassist Robert Trujillo's biopic about bassist Jaco Pastorius was named the official film of Record Store Day 2014.

"Independent record stores are part of Metallica's DNA," drummer Lars Ulrich said in a statement. "They have been pivotal in shaping each one of us into the music fanatics we've all become."

Give for France is sponsored by the Fondation de France, the country's largest philanthropic network. Record Store Day is set for April 16 this year.
