Local Barber Offering Free Haircuts for Kids Who Cannot Afford a Haircut

This time of year can be tough on parents with little income. It seems like we just started back to school and we just finished Halloween and now it's onto Christmas. Well, if your child is in need of a haircut and it's just not an expense you can handle right now, you're in luck.

Every Monday throughout the months of November and December, Jerry Munoz (a.k.a. "El Babero" or "The Barber") is offering free haircuts to those kids that could really use one.
