Korn Rocks ‘Jimmy Kimmel Live’
Korn's 'The Paradigm Shift' gets released today, and the band performed last night on ABC's 'Jimmy Kimmel Live.' They were slated to play a mini-concert, which will included their current hit single 'Never Never.'
'The Paradigm Shift' features the return of guitarist Brian 'Head' Welch to the fold. Last night was the first time since 2003 that Head has appeared on national television with Korn.
In a recent interview with Loudwire, Korn frontman Jonathan Davis talked about the new album. "I’m excited about this one," Davis said. "A lot of people are talking about it, which is good. It’s different, as you may have heard. I think by not doing the same thing over and over it helps us remain relevant."
He continues, "For some bands like AC/DC, it’s actually a good thing to not change things too much. They have an awesome formula. But our formula is to be kind of different each time out."
Today is also a big day for the band. In addition to the release of 'The Paradigm Shift,' Korn will also be inducted into the Hollywood RockWalk. Previous inductees include legends such as AC/DC, Van Halen, Iron Maiden, Aerosmith and Jane’s Addiction.
