The Houston Texans got the road monkey off their backs with a 24-21 win in Jacksonville, Florida yesterday, solidifying their lead in the AFC South.

Quarterback Brock Osweiler played a little better than in previous weeks, throwing 2 touchdown passes and no interceptions, but the Texans almost let the Jaguars get the lead back late in the game.

Kareem Jackson scored defensive points on an interception for a score to get the scoring started.

The Jaguars mounted a comeback on a Blake Bortles TD pass and a 2-point conversion, but the Texans managed to get a critical 1st down inside of 2 minutes left in the game to control the clock and pull out the win.

The Texans who have struggled on the road, up their record to 6-3, and the lead in the AFC South.
