It's been a little frustrating for Houston Astros fans seeing them play at or near the bottom of the AL West all season, despite all the preseason hype.

They have shown a lot of improvement as of late, and after beating the Los Angeles Angels 3-2 last night, they've officially hit the .500 mark.

They're currently residing in 3rd place in the division and 10 games out of 1st, but we can still have hope.

Carlos Correa hit a 9th inning single that scored 2 runs in the late game winning rally.

Obviously there is still a lot of baseball to be played this season, but getting that win percentage to .500 before the all-star break is a good sign.

By the way, I apologize in advance for any jinx I may have put on the team by writing this blog.
