Back in May, KFC brought in a new spokesperson. Well new in a sense. The original Colonel Sanders died back in 1980. But, that didn't stop KFC from trying to revive their beloved founder by way of Saturday Night Live alum Daryl Hammond. Hammond took the Colonel to a whole other level of creepy if you ask me.

Well it seems Hammond's stint as the Colonel has come to an end after just 3 short months and KFC has decided to go in another direction replacing Hammond with fellow SNL alum Norm Macdonald.

Not sure why as KFC has released no details for letting Hammond go. I will say it has to have something to do with the comedic aspect of it. Daryl Hammond didn't make a funny Colonel....he was just plain creepy end of story. Norm Macdonald is funny and I'm willing to bet too many people thought the same way I do and hence, you have a change.

Norm's commercials have started airing although I haven't seen one yet. Watch them and judge for yourself.
