The original Guns N' Roses lineup may never reunite, but every once in a while there are little slivers of past glory with at least a couple of members teaming up onstage together. That was the case this past week when Duff McKagan's Loaded and Adler shared the stage together in Shibuya, Japan for a pair of shows.

Not only did they share a bill, but McKagan and Steven Adler took turns making guest appearances in each other's sets. The bassist was invited out during Adler's set to perform the classic track 'Sweet Child O' Mine,' while the drummer turned up during McKagan's set on 'It's So Easy.'

Duff McKagan's Loaded have been touring in support of their 2011 album, 'The Taking.' The band also released a series of video vignettes last year providing a visual story to go along with the record. As for Adler, their debut disc 'Back From the Dead' dropped back in November last year.

Relations between McKagan and Adler have remained intact, with both musicians taking part in the Guns N' Roses Rock and Roll Hall of Fame induction last year. McKagan is also one of the few original members to have been invited to join Axl Rose onstage since the frontman continued with a new lineup.
