Florida Enviornmentlist Officer Tells Guy BBQ’ing to “Keep the Smoke on His Property”

In St. Petersburg Florida it apparently is required by law that if you plan on grilling outdoors, you must keep the smoke on your property.

That's what Pinellas County Environmental Specialist Joe Graham told Scotty Jordan recently. In the past, Jordan has had 15 complaints filed against him.....all by the same neighbor.

Jordan tells Graham that every single time he grills out, the same neighbor calls the police and fire departments and they tell him to "go ahead" and continue grilling.

I'll let you watch the video and see for yourself how ridiculous it sounds. Telling someone to keep the grill smoke in their own yard is a special kind of stupid and i'm not the least bit surprised that it came from an "official" in the state of Florida. What the hell is wrong with people over there?
