The Dallas Cowboys will have to face the Atlanta Falcons this Sunday without star running back Ezekiel Elliott, after a Federal Appeals Court ruled yesterday that he can't play during a court appeal process.

Elliott was given a 6-game suspension over allegations of domestic abuse, which he has  denied. The NFL's #2 rushing leader this season had been allowed to play while his suspension was under appeal but yesterday, a New York Appeals Court rescinded that order. As it stands right now, he may miss the entire month, with a hearing on the issue set for December 1st.
