D.C. Man Builds ‘Potty Plow’ [VIDEO]

Necessity is the mother of invention and, a Washington, DC man has taken that to the extreme. By taking a need (plowing snow), adding some ingenuity and a sense of humor, he created what can only be described as a 'Potty Plow.' I imagine the potty part isn't actually functional. He calls it 'Loo-cy.'
