Cuero Store Sells Winning $36.25M Texas Lotto Ticket

The tiny South Texas town of Cuero has been thrust into the spotlight this past weekend. That's because perhaps one of it's 7,000 residents just might be Texas' newest millionaire with $36.25 million reasons to celebrate.

The Stripes store at 111 E. Morgan has reported that it sold the winning ticket to Saturday's lotto drawing which means that someone's life in Cuero has changed forever.

There was rumor that it was a certain family who had won but that family has come forward and despite the rumors, say it was, in fact, NOT them who won considering they didn't even buy a ticket.

The winner has yet to come forward but it's only a matter of time before we find out who is the luckiest millionaire in South Texas.
