Creepy Clown Sightings Have Spread From SC to NC

Remember the blog I posted last week talking about creepy clowns in South Carolina trying to lure kids into the woods? No that wasn't the plot to another cheesy horror flick. It is actually happening and now it's spread from South Carolina to North Carolina and police are concerned.

Earlier in August, reports came in from multiple people about a group of clowns hanging out in an abandoned cabin in the woods near a South Carolina apartment complex. One child told police that one of the clowns motioned to him to follow him into the woods and when the child ignored him and went inside his apartment the clown apparently began making noises outside his front door. Another witness told police he had spotted a clown near the dumpsters of the same complex.

And now, clowns have begun popping up just over the state border into North Carolina. No reports yet on whether they are related but one witness told police a clown stood at the entrance of his neighborhood with a machete in his hand. The concerned man brandished a knife and chased the clown into the woods (something I'd advise very strongly doing).

I'm sure these idiots are just trying to stir people up and I'm sure they thinks it's hilarious but it won't be funny anymore when one of them either takes things too far, or is physically injured by someone who doesn't find it funny.
