Another weekend, another excuse to hang out with friends and/or family and have fun together. Another weekend to show off newly acquired skills and moves you may have picked up since the last coming together of the group. In these get-togethers, some show off their strength, flexibility, knowledge, ect. One such knowledge that you can show off is drinking mixing. Here are a couple easy recipes that you can use (or get a good idea of) to wow your peers.

Head Over Heels (original source)
Ingredients:
1 oz Vodka
3 drops Angostura Bitters
1 cube of sugar
Champagne - to top
1 oz Lime Juice
How To:
Shake vodka and lime juice with ice in a cocktail shaker. Add bitters and a sugar cube to a chilled highball glass, then strain into the glass. Top with chilled champagne and serve.

Sweet Mama’s Punch (original source)
Ingredients:
2 oz. orange juice
2 oz pineapple juice
2 oz sweet & sour mix
2 oz Bacardi rum
1 oz Amaretto
1 oz Grenadine
Splash of 7-Up
Choice of fruit for garnish
How To:
Combine the orange juice, pineapple juice, sweet & sour, rum and amaretto in a cup of ice. Next, slowly pour in the grenadine into the glass so it falls to the bottom and then top off with a splash of 7-Up. When all the pieces are assembled in this liquid puzzle, garnish it with your choice of whichever fruit you prefer.

Ingredients:
1 OZ FIREBALL
1 OZ RUMCHATA
1 OZ KAHLÚA
CINNAMON TOAST CRUNCH, FOR RIM
CINNAMON SYRUP, FOR RIM
How To:
Roll the top of an Old-Fashioned glass in cinnamon syrup. Rim the glass with crushed cinnamon toast crunch. Pour in equal parts of Fireball, Rumchata and Kahlua, add ice and stir.
