If you like bikes and hot rods, then you definitely want to come check out the 6th Annual Kory Kubecka Santa Drive this weekend.

Saturday, August 18th at The Shack in La Salle, this event is always a lot of fun and it's for a great cause-providing Christmas gifts for children being treated with cancer. The children will get a Christmas party where Santa rides in on a motorcycle, leading a caravan of riders, who make the run from La Salle to Methodist Children's Hospital in San Antonio, where the kids are being treated.

The fun gets underway with a bike and hot rod fun run with the first out at 10am, and the last in at 3pm. There's a live auction from 3-6pm, great food with $8 barbecue brisket and sausage plates with all the trimmings, a 50/50 raffle, entertainment from JT Coldfire from 11am-3pm, and The Guadalupe Surfers from 7-11pm.

Plant delivery of the brisket plates is available in case you can't make it. Call The Shack at 361-284-3586.

KLUB Rock will be broadcasting from 12noon to 2, and all motorcyclists and hot rods are welcome!

For more info, call Linda at 361-284-3121. For Fun Run info, call Johnny D. at 361-550-7763.
