It appears the two brewing powerhouses are all set to combine forces and become the single largest beer maker in the world. Or maybe not. It appears Miller knows nothing about the plan for AB to purchase their company. Weird I know.

f a deal goes ahead, it will create a $245 billion global giant in the beer market and trigger a worldwide anti-trust review, the Wall Street Journal reported.

AB InBev, the world's largest brewer based on sales, confirmed the approach and said it intends to work with SABMiller's board of directors toward a transaction.

In a statement in response to press speculation Wednesday, SABMiller, whose headquarters are in London, said no proposal has been received and the board has no further details about any terms.

Perhaps AB should have maybe, I don't know, made an offer before announcing they were going to buy SAB Miller. Would have made much more sense. It reminds me of the DJ who found out he was fired while he was on the air thanks to a Tweet sent out by a fan.

It's all just corporate BS I probably will never understand but let's see where this is going.
