AC/DC drummer Phil Rudd seems like he just can't get it together. The enigmatic musician failed to appear in court today (Dec. 2) to face charges of "threatening to kill" along with meth and weed possession. However, the drummer's lawyer was present to enter a "not guilty" plea to the charges.

Rudd's public troubles began back in November, when the rock drummer was charged with "attempting to procure a murder." The alleged hitman Rudd tried to hire spoke up about his interaction with the AC/DC legend, but the murder-for-hire charges were quickly dismissed. However, Phil Rudd still faces the charges listed above.

Last week, Rudd made a bizarre court appearance, where he came dangerously close to missing his date. The most bizarre moments came after the hearing, with Rudd getting a piggyback ride to his car courtesy of his hired security and swerving into the path of an oncoming truck once Rudd began driving.

In the latest on Phil Rudd's trial, the drummer missed his Dec. 2 appearance at New Zealand's Tauranga District Court. According to the New Zealand Herald, Judge Tom Ingram said the matter would likely be heard at a "judge-alone" trial sometime in 2015, which means no jury would be present. Judge Ingram also ordered continued suppression of the details of "the threatening to kill complainant and three other witnesses."

A case review for Rudd will be held on Feb. 10.
