Elijah Richard Garcia, Jesus Dominguez, and Luis Arturo Dominguez were arrested by El Paso Police and now face charges of aggravated assault. The incident unfolded at the Dunkin' Donuts located at 9114 Dyer, where a seemingly routine drive-thru order escalated into a disturbing confrontation.

ENCOUNTERING A HOSTILE EMPLOYEE

Around 8:35 p.m., the police received a disturbance call related to a "subject with a weapon" at the Dunkin' Donuts establishment. It was revealed that a 41-year-old man, accompanied by his girlfriend, had encountered hostility from an employee while attempting to place an order.

ASKING TO SPEAK TO THE MANAGER

According to the girlfriend, the employee responded rudely, prompting her to request a conversation with the manager. Shockingly, the employee on the intercom identified himself as the manager, using explicit language.

"Y'ALL GONNA DIE"

As tensions escalated, three Dunkin' Donuts employees emerged from the store, each brandishing a handgun. In a menacing display, one of the employees chambered a round, pointed the gun at the male customer, and uttered the threatening words "y'all gonna die."

The police swiftly intervened, arresting 17-year-old Jesus Dominguez, 20-year-old Luis Arturo Dominguez, and 19-year-old Elijah Richard Garcia. The trio now faces charges of aggravated assault, with a bond set at $100,000 each.
