Niykee Heaton has become one of the most coveted beauty's in the public eye today. Born in South Africa, Heaton and her mother moved to the U.S. when she was a child and settled down in Geneva, Ill., a city right outside of Chicago. Taking to music at an early age, she wrote her first song at the age of five and would teach herself how to play guitar at the age of nine, quickly becoming well-versed in the art of composing original songs.

But it would ultimately be her covers of songs by popular artists, which she began uploading to YouTube in 2011, that would be Heaton's claim to fame. After her cover of Chief Keef's "Love Sosa" went viral, the singer garnered interest from several major labels, with Steve Rifkind and Russell Simmons' YouTube-based label, All Def Digital, coming out as the victor in the fight to acquire the young talent's services.

She would release her debut project, an EP titled Bad Intentions, in 2014, which peaked at No. 38 on the Billboard 200 despite not having a physical release and with minimal promotion. Heaton's latest project, The Bedroom Tour Playlist, inspired by her headlining tour she embarked on in late 2015, is currently getting burn on a number of playlists and is sure to keep her fans satisfied until her next long player.

Aside from being a great artist, Niykee Heaton also happens to be the object of thirst and is able to set social media ablaze with a single Instagram post or Twitpic. We've gathered 15 photos that justify our lust for Niykee Heaton.
